Incorporated as Western Life Insurance and introduced Individual and Group Funeral, Credit Life, Life Assurance, and Disability products.

Expansion and ownership
Transitioned to 100% local ownership, rebranded from Western Life to Westlife, joined ALUB, and strengthened operational capacity.

2023–2024
Regulatory shift
Navigated the increase in minimum regulatory capital from P2 million to P10 million while optimising operations.

Resurgence and growth
Secured a P20 million capital injection, achieved a capital adequacy ratio of 1.58 against the 1.25 regulatory minimum, and strengthened governance and risk oversight.
